We strive for the following...
1. Same day service available on a day to day bases depending on current schedule. 1 hour service calls before 12 noon Monday through Thursday usually done next business day (depending on job constraints). If project requires additional materials or time beyond 1 hour that will be explained by service tech.
2. If we are unable to make your service call under normal conditions the service call is discounted 50%.
3. If your job takes more than an hour will write a 'not to exceed' amount for your job.
4. We provide written estimates prior to work commencement.
